Information You Provide
A project enquiry may include your name, email, company, website, project need, budget range, timeline, current challenge, message, and consent to a reply.
How We Use It
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, understand the context you share, and prepare the next project conversation. We do not use it to make promises about fit, timing, or results.
How The Enquiry Form Works
The form is submitted to a first-party endpoint on wowjin.com and delivered to hello@wowjin.com through the website host's email service. The website does not write enquiry contents to a separate form database. If delivery fails, the form offers a prefilled email draft that you review before sending.
Analytics And Advertising
Interaction events, analytics, or advertising pixels must not be activated without a documented purpose, consent treatment, and tracking basis. If a provider is connected, its purpose and data handling should be documented before launch.
Sharing And Retention
Enquiry emails are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the conversation and any resulting engagement, subject to applicable requirements. Technical request data may be processed to secure the form; its rate limiter uses a one-way address hash and recent request times in temporary server storage, and only requests from the preceding 15 minutes count. We do not sell enquiry information.
